I wanted to keep my interior as stock looking as possible but I know I'll need an aftermarket head unit when I get my system 'cus the stock stuff doesn't even have enough power to push my pio mids right. So when I get a new deck, It'll have that ugly black crap around it to fit in the stock spot (I REALLY, REALLY, REALLY DON'T WANT THIS IN MY TRUCK). Is there and way to do it differently or at least make the plastic crap look better?

Yup, look at this websit, he explains how to "fill in" and smooth out the trim piece and make it one entire piece.

Damn that looks good. Thanks for the links. I think I'm too scared to do that to my own truck but I might think about gettin somebody with some experience to do it.

The nice thing about it is if you screw up, you can easily fit it! Or try and get another trim piece from the local junkyard to work on that way if you fawk up, then its not really a bid deal. At least this way you learn how to do it yourself!
