How do you fiberglass a dash or anything else?

If there is anyone who has fiberglassed and painted their dash can you give some hints and pics.

Because my NBS truck is a hard plastic dash, I am just going go sand it smooth, prime, and paint it. However, I am going to sand my back doors, then make custom speaker enclosures, so I will sand down the plastic you will see, then just lay the fiberglass down right onto the door plastic. The dash should be almost the same as my interior test piece I did, you can see the pictures in my photo gallery. Painting the dash is an awsome idea who anyone who wants a show winning custom truck.
