the truck im lookin at has a blue interior, but i really would prefer grey. if i can find a donor wrecked truck (this is a 94 by the way, older interior) is it a huge job to just swap all the blue parts, plastic, carpet etc for grey parts? i would have all summer to do it so time wouldnt be an issue really, and also would later model (95-98) front bucket and rear bench seats fit the older style interior? thanks

Its not too difficult to swap everything out. If you want to swap the newer style dash that can be done also but does involve quit a bit of wiring. If you get the wiring diagrams for both years you can do it a lot easier. I have a friend that swapped a 97 interior into his 89. Everything worked as it should and it looked great.

Painting the pieces would work also. It's not that difficult. Once you start pulling pieces out you will see that they were originally painted from the factory anyway. Clean them up, plastic prep them and spray.
I have most of the hard pieces out of my interior and engine compartment getting them ready for white right now...

If you do the swap let me know I might buy the blue stuff from you.
