I think I've decided to sell the 24" wheels I ordered for my Escalade. I've decided after months of hesitating to put them on that I drive in the world's worst streets everyday (downtown houston/Bryan, TX) and I have the driving habits still of when I had my tahoe sittin on an 11" lift with 37" tires. I know me and 24" wheels won't mix well but I know someone is gonna love these things. My priorities are alot different than most vehcile owners and in order to get my stereo done the way i want...the wheels have to go. Don't get me wrong. You'll see the EXT sittin on some 22s down the road; but for now I just don't think the 24s are right for me and my life right now.

The wheels are 24"x10.0" Offset 15 (All four), with 6x139 bolt pattern...ie fit all Chevy Trucks/SUVs that are 6 lug. They are all still BRAND NEW in the box. I took one wheel out to take some pics of it and drool over it till i got tires. The other 3 boxes havent even been opened yet.

These wheels are discontinued in the 24" size but for 22's on tirerack.com you still can get them for $450/wheel. These are 2" bigger for around the same price! They come with center caps and lugs as well. Buyer pays ALL shipping costs; don't use this as a negotiating term please.

Price is: $2500 plus $hipping

Pics of Wheels and pics I found on the net of trucks w/these wheels on them...

You're offering THOSE 24" wheels for $1600?

If you gimme some time, I'll try to save up the cash, and I'll buy them from you.

How much for shipping to 53404?

I checked UPS, and from College Station 77845, to 53404, it's like $150 to $300.

But I've got another problem...

I don't have a credit card to buy tires online, and locally I only found one place willing to get 24" tires. And they want $700 each.

I'mma keep checking, my cousin works at a tire store, he might be able to get me a set cheaper.

I found a place online that will do 305/35/24s for $300/tire and 295/40/24s (what i was going to run...more sidewall) for $400/tire. If you don't have a credit card but do have the cash you oculd do somehitn like paypal and link it to your checking account.

What place has the 305-35-24's for that?

Also, do any of the 03 or 04 silverado 1500's not have 6-lug? I ask because I'm looking for a truck right now and considering your wheels, I just don't want to waste my time looking at trucks they won't even work on.

Yeah, I've got PayPal... And it's linked to my checking account... But I'm also kinda worried that there's not a shop that has the equipment to mount those tires on the wheels...

I'mma keep looking, and see what happens... But I would dig the 305s.

Lemme keep checking around, and I'll get back to you. Either way it'd take me awhile to save up the cash... So if you find a definate seller, sell them.

if you could find a place that mounts semi truck tires in your area they could do it...as well as most discount tire companies actually...

Okay. I think I know of a place that mounts semi truck tires... And I know of a place that specializes in tire repairs, they might have the equipment to do it... I'll have to call them tomorrow.

they'll fit any 6 lug..and if im not mistaken nbs 2wd are...you'd probably run either a 305/35/24 with some trimming or the new cooper 295/35/24...

You will have to lift the front of a 2wd truck to fit a wheel that big , or you would have to lose the inside of your front fenders.

Yeah it's a great deal, and I'd love to see them on the Burban... But with tires for 22s around $200/each and tires for 24s going for $400/each, I don't think I'll be able to afford them...

If I did, I'd get the wheels this summer, and tires next summer, but that's no fun.
