sitting in the seat they are straight, for some reason a lil aluminum shopws out side the border up top. ill throw a custom logo or badge in between them, and possibly my harlan shift light. also getting a new steering wheel(smaller leather pilot)...know anyone who buys unpopped airbags???

oh man, i so don't miss that ...lmao! lookin good man. i've decided tht i'll be doing that a few years down the road. i'm starting to dislike having the tach and lights on my dash. my truck is strarting to have a combo race/sleek look and it's bugging me :D

thats why im not doing it, wiring isnt my strong point. whats wrong with a race/sleek look? lol
I like that look, but those gauges seem too far apart
Are you planning to put anything in the middle?

the gauges depth prevent them from being in the center unless you use a spacer on the tabs to mount the aluminum. i have an extra "LS1" badge ill probably throw in there and incorporate it with the Harlan.

i believe it is autometer. summit has them, its part number 17103. doesnt block anything in your line of sight.

I missed that, I should have stated another gauge or something would look better in a gap that big :D

LOL
how about an LCD?
Put some more guages in there. Like a Amp/volt guage, trans temp etc. Not stuff you need, but it will make it look finished.
Also, put the airbag on E-bay.

only other guage im thinking about is fuel, but i have to get that straight what one to go with(different ohmages) the bagde is perfect to fill that spot, gauges wont fit in there most likely becuase of the depth behind that aluminum plate(maybe later ill throw some kinda spacer in there)....or maybe ill do the fuel and voltage below the badge in there...thatd look cool.
If it were me................I put more guages in and raise them up and angle them all towards you and form/smooth it w/ fiberglass.

eventually i think thats whats gonna happen...ideas are running around in my head, lol....
I hear that. i think we are all the same. But for what it's worth i think just a logo in between the 2 would look unfinished....no offense.

somehow a 5" tach and 2 lights mounted on a nice leather/painted dash jsut don't look right to me. at a later date i'll mount them where you got them. i want to figure out how i'll do my interior next year. i need to worry about the body this year :D
