View Full Version : Where is the wiring above OBS ex cab headliners?

I've installed my long overhead console in my 94 ex cab and want to wire the lights. I'm not at the point where I want to pull the liner and have dug around up there for the wiring but can't find it. Is it above the drive side or pass side or does it come from the back? I can't see it anywhere but I know it's somewhere up there....lol

Can anyone help me narrow down the search field?

On my friends '94 X-cab it came up the drivers pillar across the front and back to the domelight. I'm pretty sure my '96 is the same....atleast the wires in the middle coming from the front that is.

Hmmm...crap...that is what I thought but when I cut into my headliner for the console it wasn't there...lol...I guess I'll just tap it closer to the pillar :D.

Pull the pillar off/loose and make sure they are evn over there. If they are and you give them a little tug.......you can watch the headliner "move" and tell where they are.
