Rattle behind seat

Does anyone have any ideas on the best way to get rid of the rattle in the plastic panel below the back window on an obs regular cab?

I replace my exhaust a few months ago and my back panel rattles like crazy. For a temp. fix I just shoved a mechanix glove in between the passenger seat and the panel. Now that the weather is warming up I ready for a perm. fix.

I was thinking of taking foam w/ an adhesive back on the panel, or velcro on both sides. What do you think?

If there isnt any kind of fasterner to tighten, then yeah, thats your only option.

Stick some sort of absorbent material in there whether it be foam, thick foam tape, whatever.
