Its not the heater core but over time the condensation from the A/C being on gets the pass floor board damp. Let me know what turns up. I am going to try to see the black hose sugested above. Thanks jwb 05-04-2002, 09:05 PM If the tube isn't cracked or off, make sure it isn't clogged up. It's one of these problems. cordatta 05-06-2002, 12:28 AM anyone got a little better description of where this tube is at? i pulled out my glove box and didnt see jack! looked up underneath as well but nothing but a nice damp spot on the carpet... turbodog 10-05-2004, 12:34 AM holy thread resurrection batman. i did a search fro a/c leaking and this is the only thread i've found. mine is leaking water (condensate from the a/c) under the passenger side of the dash as well. did or does anyone know where to look or what the solution is? thanks cordatta 10-05-2004, 01:03 AM well what i found on mine was this. On the firewall there is this tube that comes out and makes a straight 90 degree pull that off and make sure that its not clogged. it should drip a lot of water out of this tube. if thats not it pull the a/c cover loose from under the dash and blow it out from the inside. it is possible that something is blocking the tube frome the inside. just make sure that when you reinstall the cover that you get it into the slots so that it doesnt leak inside anymore. You are correct you have to make sure that the drain tube is not broken or blocked. bad-ass-95chevy 10-07-2004, 08:19 PM i appreciate the suggestions, i have had the same problem on my 95'. Thanks 4 the help gents....and ladies. minytrker 10-10-2004, 12:02 AM Growing up out in BFE and driving down miles of dirt roads this happened every now and then. The drain hose would get clogged with mud or a build up dirt. If I remember right a shop vac would suck out the dirt or try pushing a wire in the hose to try to free anything up. vBulletin® v3.8.2, Copyright ©2000-2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
