Need help finding a part

If anyone has a 96 model parts truck I am in need of the plug That connects to the blower switch on the Air condition unit. None of the wrecking yards in my area have been able to help. Thanks.

Thanks for the info. My local dealer said I would have to buy the Harness to get the connector. That does't look like the one that I need but I will search the site.

Are you talking about the connector to the actual fan switch?

Is it PT548?

Yep the connector not the switch. PT1346 looks like it may be the one I need. Mine melted to the switch within a few days of replacing the blower switch last week. The dealer replaced the switch but told me that I would have to buy the harness. He said that my blower was bad causing the switch to melt down. But the one I took out in the first place wasn't melted so I think he gave me a faulty switch.

That's a pretty common problem actually. Mine did that on my '97 years ago and I have yet to replace it. You can get the connector on www.rockauto.com . that is where I lifted those pics.

Yeah I know. This is the second time that I replaced the switch. And I have done a few for friends of mine too. This is the first time that I have seen one melt down like this one did.
