lol well It probably would have went faster, but I had to go to like 4 different stores to find a 45 torx bit... so the first day it took me like 2 hours and the today I think it I spent like 3-4 hours. So like 5-6 hours. I think I went pretty slow, but it is pretty tedious. I am curious how long it would take a professional shop that is used to doing it.

I was gonna take my seats out when I built my sub box , but didnt have one of them handy so ended up building it with them still in :o

Did you know that you can just use normal sockets (6 and 12 point) on torx head bolts? Both female and male.

You say you used Raammat, but I see some Dynamat there too. YOu can add 2 layers on the doors with good success.

and cover the holes in the doors if you plan on using anything in them. that or use wood and seal it off, but the mat should work just fine with 2 layers.

Like a year ago I pulled the back of my carpet up and put done a little bit of dynomat that my friend had left over. That's why there is some of that. I think I like the raamat better though. It seems to flex better, and it is the exact saem thing as dynomat, but without the name.

So where should I put the mat on the doors? I have only done the black middle part that unbolts from the door. I am wondering if I should do where it' painted even? Anyways I'll have to try the 2 layers.

well finished both doors and some of the painting... my camera messed up so I only have passenger door and one of the belts.

Oh and I figured you'd all like the last picture. I had to drive down and pick my drunkass roommate up... not the smartest choice since I don't have seat belts or anything, but it worked :slap:

Hey anyone know how to make the pictures shpw up int he thread and not a seperate link?
