The best way to do it is to remove the steering colum cover, use small screwdriver and gently pry in the center, and then you will have to cut two zip ties that are holding the wires on, left side only. Then use long needle nose and pull the end of the tow/haul wire thru the center. It can be done, just take your time and don't forget to put the rubber boot on BEFORE you pull the wire thru.
