Hey guys,

We are considering making some changes around here (at Rides) and as a result we may be selling a vehicle or two.

This truck is a Factory Yellow Std. Cab 2002 Silverado. We bought it new Back in 02.... bagged it, did some interior mods etc, then sold it to a local guy... We then bought an 03 Ext. Cab, Lowered it, put a system, 22's and a bunch of other things on it and the guy who bought the Yellow truck decided he wanted the 03...

SO... we took the yellow truck back in trade for the grey 03 and proceded to update and ad more mods to it....

As it stands now the truck has....

39K original Miles
V8
Auto
DEI 2-way Alarm Remote start... Set up with a Dump and Lift control for the Air Ride... making the system completely wireless when you want to show off...

ChasChassis Setup
KP Components 4 link with Canti in the rear (about 2 months old)
AIr Lift easy Street Front kit and 180psi 2b7 bags
1/2" up and down valves in the rear and up in the front (parkers I believe)
3/8" down valves in the front (parkers as well)
Air Lift Air Commander Engine Driven Compressor Plus a ViAIR 450 Backup COMP mounted under the bed)
Easy Street Digital Control system... BRAND NEW (Just came out a month ago) PLUS a clear 10 switch box
Step Notch with bridge (truck used to have bag over axle setup, but we got rid of the bag brackets for a cleaner look)
Relocated Fuel Tank

Wheel Options:
20" Epic Stryke's with 255/35/20 Falkens (lays frame on these of course) OR
24" Blingz Cha Chings with 305/35/24 (doesn't lay frame on 24's YET) (And of course, the 24's are going to be an EXTRA COST option)

Alpine IVA D-300 Touch screen DVD player (optional)
2 10" Kicker L7 Subs in a custom fiberglass/vinyl covered enclosure
powered by JBL 600.1 Class D Amp
Kicker K65.2 Door Seperates

The truck is EXTREMELY CLEAN and runs perfect.
It rides great... especially on the 20's (little rougher on the 24's)
Truck is set up to lay on 22's right now, so that would be the perfect setup and of course we can hook the buyer up with a sweet deal on any of the wheels that we sell (which is basically everything)

We're asking in the $17,000 with the 20's on it and $22,000 with the 24's on it,


We trophied at Slammin and Jammin this year before doing many of these mods and with only the 20's on it, so the truck is obviously show worthy...

It's never been a daily driver, but it could be if that's what you need.

Ughh, why did you buy a Z71 to put 22s on? You could have save alot of money going with a 2wd.

The difference between a fair price for my car and a fair price for your truck. As in I could throw in some cash with my car. PM me if intrested, we can talk about a figure. Your not too far away either. Ohh if you would be willing to talk about maybe making a deal I'd want the truck with just the 20s, too mnay potholes around here for 24s.

Still intrested in a trade?

How much $$ with my ar for the truck on 20s, no DVD player and no sound system (subs, amps, etc behind the seat) Iam 6'4" and put the seat all the way back, lol.

I'm 6'3" so the seat does go all the way back.. that's why the system was designed the way it was so, the sub box etc. really needs to stay in the truck.. or one just like it, so I won't really want to seperate it. I do fully intend to keep the DVD player though (which is why it says "optional") in the thread, so the price doesn't include it anyway.... so with that said....

I dunno... shoot me an offer and we'll take it from there.

I just can't come up with all that money for a reg. cab 2wd truck. I just think your price is high to begin with. Thaats just how it is when a buisness trys to sell a custom truck over an individual I guess.

Actually It's my personal truck and there is way more than that invested in it, so it really has nothing to do with me owning a business, and you will find that out if you try to build one like it.

And of course, as with any car, the asking price is always negotiable to a certian extent.

But it's all good really cause I was thinking the same thing about the mustang... really too much for what it is in my opinion, and not something that I really WANT, but something I would just try to sell, so we would both be "sacrificing" in our own minds, which is no good.

Thanks for the interest though... I'm sure you'll find something.

You'd be crazy to think my car isn't worth $11,000. Stock Gts of the same year and miles sell for that much, lol. But I see what your saying, I too would be sacrificing by getting your truck cause its not what I want. Almost everything on it I could care less if it was there so thats why I couldn't do the money, just not anything I would do to one. Just different tastes.

IF "almost everthing on it you could care less about" then why would you have made the trade offer in the first place? :whacko:

I'm not sure I know where you're coming from with the $11k thing.. last time I looked at your thread, you were asking $13k for it... not 11... which I think was high... however $11K is not bad at all for it.



Anyway, our asking prices are over 5k apart, so it's clear that an even trade isn't even CLOSE to being an option, that being the case... I think it's not the truck for you.

I DO honestly appreciate the interest in it though.. ( I also appreciate you helping me keep it at the top of the list. :cool: )
