Seems like the stock tires are always crap that they put on unless you buy some packaged deal or what not with like 20's or after other aftermarket rims/tires already on em :crazy:

My 99 came new with some Goodyear Wranglers, after 15,000 miles the inner tread was bald on both fronts. Isn't 15,000 miles when you're supposed to rotate the first time?!

I'm convinced that name brand tires on new vehicles are similar in quality to name brand clothes you get at those crappy outlet malls.

I have always had good luck with and really like the Uniroyal Tiger Paws that came on so many of the OBS trucks. It is a good all purpose tire.

The dealer claimed that GM recommends alignment every 6,000 miles :whatever:
I put some Firestone Firehawk Indy 500s on my own truck, getting rid of the OEM Wrangler STs, they feel much better even though I'm not a Firestone guy. :D
