Night Time Dash Lights?

I took the dash out of my 2003 Silverado to work on something else. Once I put it together the night time dash lights didn't work. The lights for the transmission postion indicator and the LCD light up and works with the dimmer switch but the instrument lights are out. I've checked for a fuse but could not find a blown fuse. Does any one have any idea's?

maybe its not plugged in all the way, or if you took the lights out maybe you didnt put em all the way back in, they are kinda hard to twist all the way back in
