removing lumbar knob

does anyone know how to remove the lumbar knobs on a 99 z71? i need to replace my power seat switch and need to remove the knob to get the cover plate off. Thanks

It pulls right off.

it actually doesn't pull right off, there are two tabs that need to be pressed, because I cracked the knob "just pulling it right off", but the other slot isn't cracked so it will stay on
