I've got 2 sets of damn tires I dont want now.
I have a set of BFG MTs in a 305/70/16 on Z71 wheels with 6500 miles on them. Everyone told me they got 50k on these tires.
The tires alone are almost a grand from tirerack.com. Dont forget the wheels are included too.
I also bought a set of 17'' wheels and tires- but with cranked torsino bars and brush guard and big lights etc- it just doesn't look right with mild tires. Maybe i'm used to the mudder being on there.
They are pirelli scorpions- 265/70/17s - about $500 from tirerack.com they have 650-700 miles on them. I doubt there is any wear on them at all since it was all in rain. These are 65,000 mile tires. They are EXCELLENT in snow. I was BLOWN AWAY
Take all 8 tires and wheels for $925 + ship.
I live in michigan but am visiting the parents in NYC area until a few days after Xmas- more than willing to deliver. I just want a nice set of all terrains or something (which i'm willing to trade for).
There is almost $1500 in tire alone + wheels for $925.
the mudders are just too much for 99% onroad and the pirellis just dont look rght on an offroad truck.
