1988 Cheyenne seat belt cover

I messed my Toyota's up some years back, and don't want to do it again, so need help/info. Chilton never seems to cover the info I need. Anyway, how do I remove the plastic covers from the seat belt retractors? Thanks.

Unbolt the seatbelt retractor from the floor and you'll see either poprivets or plasticpins in from the backside. You'll have to take those out to get the cover off.
