removing the headrests?????

I have a 94 W/T 1500 with the bench seat. Theres a small rip in the seat so i bought a seat cover, and i want to take off the headrests. But it only allows me to go up so far then stops. Does anyone know how to remove the headrests?

Where the headrest bars go into the seat there are the little plastic things that the bars actually slide on. On one of these plastic peices on the side of it there will be a little hole thats just big enough for like a paper clip to fit in. Take the head rest all the way up then bump it down just a hair and stick your paper clip into the hole and pull the headrest up as you push in the hole. It should slide on out.
