1999-2003 Bucket Seats in 99 Tahoe

How hard would it be to put some Newer Buckets into my 1999 Tahoe, 2wd 2door.

I don't know if this helps but I tried to install a set of new seats into a 90 reg cab truck and it would not work because of the uneven ground. I never even got to the wiring problems because it would not fit without doing floor fabrication which was a big deal for me not having a welder or any sheet metal.
