Aftermarket Speedometer or Make it Work

I got hold of a truck that was rebuilt using a 93 and 94 for components. Its all together and runs great. Only issue is with the instrument cluster. No speedo. The guy that did most of the work on it(a decent mechanic) said that its probably feasible to get it working, but probably easier to get an aftermarket speedometer. Any thoughts?

The motor, transfer case, and ecu are 93. The tranny and dash electrics, (DRAC included) are 94. Worth a shot?

definately worth tryin to get working i did this on my 89 and there was a step by step guide in the tech section that guided me through this very straight forward just make sure that each wire goes to where its supposed to and it works perfect check the wires goin to the DRAC that sounds like where your problem is good luck.
