Hello,
I have a 79 GMC without the factory tach. Is it possible to swap out my current guage cluster with one that contains a tach and have the gas guage still work? Basically, my old gas guage location will become my tach and my brake light will be the new gas guage location.
Would I need a wiring harness that was originally made for the factory tach and the new gas location.
I'm thinking about buying one off e-bay but want to be sure that my gas guage will work with my existing wiring harness due to it's new location.
