For those of you wanting a custom console

Here is a cool thread i found on mp3car.com. I have noticed more threads on here asking how to make consoles, so hopefully it can give some of you guys out there some ideas for making one.

ill be doing something like that in my truck preaty soon BUT want to use it for a subwoofer box..... my main problem is finding some BIG cup holders that will fit a wendys BIGGIE cup nicely and deep enough i dont have to worry about a quick turn.....
thought about making my own BUT a plastic one would be best to use!

Hell, get a wendys cup and glass the outside...... there is your perfect fit...

dude, believe it or not those pvc pieces i molded into mine will hold ANYTHING. I have put those wendy's biggie cups in it. The biggest cup I had in it was a 711 Double Gulp 64oz. You can fit 40oz's to. If you want to try them out, you can get them at home depot. It was a 3" to 4" pipe extension. Heres the link to my console:
