painting plastic jack box and tray for behind the seat

i got the jack box w/cover, along with the tray that goes behind the seat out of the 91 z71 we are junking out, and plan on putting it in my 97, since all i have is the jack hold down, anyway, it is blue and my truck is some weird kind of red, what is the best way to paint plastic.

clean it good with wax and grese remover. use some plastic adhesion promoter. then paint with either some SEM paint or Krylon Fusion. keep it clean
