89 ro 99-00 escalade cluster swap?possible?

i searched the forums,mabyue im a retard lol ANyways i have a 89 k1500...windering if there is any way possible to swap a 99 or 00 escalade cluster into the old krappy looking 89 dash??? or do i have to swap the whole damn dash out? thanks guys!

that was kinda my thought but thats alot of work! has anyone made the 95+ cluster work on the 88-93 nbs trucks though?

well, if you ever got the gauges wired up, you would have to pull off something custom to get the fitted.

I tried on my 90 to switch to 96 gauges with no luck.

the only sticky one i saw pertained to the 95+......i got a 98 suburban cluster for free,so i may give it hell(i fi can make that work i can make a escalade one work too)....mabye i can fit the guts of the new cluster into the case and cover of the old one.....i dont know.....ill keep poking at it and if i do come up with something i will definately let you guys know. The wiring doesent scare me,ive been wiring cars for the last 10 years...just wanted to know if anybody else has pulled it off before...
