Brand new tranny (literally, I haven't even put it in yet)
Owned for 2 years and changed oil every 3k with synthetic (elec company owned before me and was fleet maintained)
Recent axle/diff service (new seals, flush)
Brand new tires
Flushed coolant and changed to green
New compressor (haven't put this in yet either, other compressor leaks a bit so I'm going to go ahead and replace it)
Has been a very reliable truck for the past 2 years. Body and paint are excellent. There is a barely discernable line (dent not scratched) in front of the driver door handle maybe 5 or 6 inches. Small scratch above the tailgate, and small dent on passenger side bed. Shines like new when waxed. Interior is good condition also. One or two spots on the seats, and spot on carpet where heater core leaked (replaced recently). Detail man says he thinks it should come out fine though (will get it detailed).
