How do you remove a door panel?

I have an '02 1500HD crew and the lights for the front window switches on the driver's door don't work. I think I need to get the door panel off to get to the switches to see what the problem is. Anybody got a set of instructions or some ideas? (would rather not get the haynes manual just yet)

Scroll down to post #44, it should be the about the same as what you have. I don't think that you will need to remove the entire panel.
