ok back to waiting to see if this is a shipped price or not, and thanks for the info jedgemon, just to say something, in that link you sent it said that the harness should plug into my harness the harness underneath my bumper that is, i just got the stock 99 tail lights and they are all scrathed up i need something sexier lol

First of all these tails ARE plug and play. That's what the harness is, the link you gave is for making just the tails themselves work in a 99-02. You just unplug the old harness and plug this one in and your good to go.
