Im changing everything from my 92 over from a complete 97^(ps air bag) interior out of suburban. The DS door panel was cake, the dash was CAKE (easier than the doors) and in having problems with PS door. The wiring is screwing me up... So please someone help me out.

im having trouble with the wiring on the passanger side door. my truck is a 92 and im putting in 97 door panels.

everything is fine but were are the black wires, there isnt any black wires on my panel or the harness from my truck


what do i do????

Do a search. I did a half ass write up on it a while back when I did my 94 to 98 dash swap. You need a couple extra power lock harnesses though.

ive read your write up and it was great but it still doesnt help me, i have all the harness plugs i need.

What black wires are you looking for?? what plug do they do into?? There is a black wire for the lights in the door panel that just needs to be grounded anywhere.

Hey i know this doesnt help but how did u guys get the panels and dash to convert it like that? i have a 90 chevy 1500 and i would love to have newer door panels cuz the ones i have now suck. This would really help alot if you could give me a few pointers thanks!

you need the guts inside the doors of the 95^ trucks to have the door panels and the dash bolts in and you have to re-wire the guages, and such...
