4.3 5-Speed, comes with all the stock parts (handles, tails, soft tonneau, rims/tires). I have all the paper work of services, and mods. The mods total to almost 7 grand. It has manual windows and locks. The mpg doesn't get any better for a fullsize truck-22mpg in the city.
