I don't know how but the metal part thet goes into the slot when you buckle up somehow has gotten turned around. Now when I put the seat belt on, it is twisted. I cant twist the belt back because the slot is too narrow. I still can't figure out how it happened.Any ideas??

Just an idea, maybe the belt got twisted further down the line... did you try and pull the bell all the way out and see if it is twisted?

When this happens to me, I just fold a narrow piece of the belt over itself right next to the latch (1/8" or so). Then I pull the belt in and out through the latch while pulling on the folded over piece. Works for me, but kinda hard to explain.

like posted above, its possible but may take a few minutes, i did my passenger side one day because i was tired of seeing it backwards, if you have an excab just fold the front seat and sit in the back, makes it alot easier

Thanks... took about 5 min. but I folded it a little and just worked the buckle up and kept folding the belt over until it was back in the right place.
A little better than sittin' in the back:whyme: :head:
