yes you will have to dril some new holes, but it is very easy and will match in well. just do it

The only hole you will have to drill is for the front passenger bolt of the drivers side bucket. The passenger bucket mounts the same way be it a 60/40 or buckets. Well you will also have to drill for the center console if your getting one of those as well. Your buddy on the other hand will have to drill his center hump. That could be a problem around the tranny. A buddy and i did this same thing, only i was the one to get the buckets and he got my 60/40. He never bolted down that front hole on the tranny hump and hasn't had any problems yet. Also are you sure your getting a 40/20/40 seat. I didn't know that configuration came in the obs. I though it was either a solid bench, 60/40 bench, or buckets?

its just buckets and a console. i thought it was called a 40/20/40. im not to worried about drilling in mine its just that i wanted to know if i had to drill in his truck to mount my 60/40 i figured i had to drill the two holes on the hump i was just hoping to get lucky and the console be held down by the two holes i need.
i just looked at mine and i notice with the 60/40 seats the drivers side front right bolt is right above the trany so that well be fun to do on his truck.
