Anyone who's installed new leather seat covers?

I am trying to install my new leather from leatherseats.com and I can't figure out how the metal rod behind the armrest is supposed to hold the leather down. How do I get the leather to stay behind it?

I'm trying mine tonight on my 97 that had factory leather, but I have an OEM replacement type cover. My understanding is that there should be a plastic sleeve that slips/snaps over the rod. Maybe you need to re-use the plastic sleeve from your OEM cover?

Nevermind my post, I was referring to the bottom of the seat cushion, there is a rod there. I didn't do the backs of my seats, so I can't help you there.
