Manual Shifter

Does anyone have a recommendation (part numbers/prices) on a replacement shifter for a NBS? It's an '01 1500 with the 4.8 and 5-speed. I noticed that RST trucks have a different shifter and was wondering where I could pick one up. Thanks.

Well no replies yet, but my girlfriend found this for me:

I should have it by this weekend. After my brother's accident, we've been carpooling my beater, and it just isn't working out.

I have set a spending limit on it so that I can keep my focus on the SS. The new truck will only get:

20's or 22's
The above-mentioned shifter
Magnaflow exhaust
Tow package

That's it. I still have a lot to do on the SS:eek:.

This may be a dumb questions, but is 5th harder to reach than the stock shifter? Doesn't really matter to me since I have long arms, but it might be a stretch for my girlfriend.

DWD, I don't pick up the truck until this weekend, so no good pics yet. It has a camper on the back right now :gone2far:.

i was on ebay and came across a billet hurst shift for 99-06 silvy or seiara 5spd the item #180004774752 looks ok for 20 big ones . its just the handle & ball :pot:
