I have a brand new, still in the box billet grille that was bought for my truck, but got the wrong model. I don't have a receipt so can't return it. My loss, y'alls gain. I'll let it go go $35 bucks. Anyone?

are the bars solid or hollow from the bottom and is it painted black in between the bars, also whats the total shipped to 77084 thanks
