NBS Slave CD delete/pocket?

Where can i find a delete or pocket or something for the factory slave cd in the console for my truck. It came with an aftermarket H/U and ive always wanted to get rid of the tacky extra equipment. thanks!

I usually just get mine from the dealership... They're usually under $20 there. CKResto.com has 'em too.
