help with seat belt locking up

does anyone else have this problem and what you do to fix it?

started with the pass side now the driver side has started doing it.

I believe your only option is to replace it. As far as I know, they are non-servicable for safety reasons.

Years ago the local chevy dealer replaced one on my dads blazer free of charge, even though it was 10k miles out of warrenty.
