ok, the other day the seat belt was pulled out all the way and activated the lock mechanism. well, we pulled it all the way back in so that the lock would release and it did not. so the seat belt is all the way tight against the seat and is locked. I can't pull it out. Any help on this would be appreciated. I have no idea what to do. Thanks,
