I would like to retain the comfy OEM buckets in my 1991 Sport and turn my two-seater into a three seater. I'm looking for a unit with the belts included, and where the backrest folds down to an armrest. If the top opens up to a storage for my rolling papers and Credence tapes, that's a plus. I see 2000-2006 jumpseats for sale out of trucks and suburbans, but have been unable to locate anything else. Did GM ever make anything? Bolting in a 60-40 is one option, but I love the seats that are in it now. I'm not afraid to fab a little if that's what it takes to get it in there. Has anyone tried to put the later GM jumps into an older rig? Thanks in advance for any feedback/opinions!

I don't think GM ever made one but there was an aftermarket company making them for a while. About ten years ago, I put one in a '93. I remember it was around $250 and it was a perfect match for the upolstry. Back then, I bought all my parts like that through Traders in California. Hard to say if you can still get one or not though.

I replaced the bench seat in my 90 reg. cab with buckets and the jump seat. I got mine from Performance Products. Was about 250 bucks. As far as I know, they still sell them.
