window wont go up!!

yea soo today in my crew cab i put my rear window down a little bit and it wont go up! i took door panel off and made sure connects are good.... it goes down fine but wont go up... can my regulator all ready be shot??????? any ways to put my window up for the time being?

btw its a 06 crew cab with 3k miles!!!!! any helpppppppp??????????

If one switch goes bad, master side or that side, it wont work at all.
