looking for short bed single cab, must be auto

willing to spend up to 7k for a 99-02 style,

willing to spend up to 10k for a 03+ style

must be under 100k miles (might consider over for right price)
must be 2wd, be in good condition
must have nice cloth seats not the cheap work truck ones.
prefer power windows/locks
prefer v8 also but can live with v6 for right price

MUST BE CLEAN TITLE

2003 standard/short
white
tan interior
20" vinci's/goodyears
v6 auto
air/cd/cruise/cloth
rubber floor and crank windows manual locks.
ONLY 31k miles.
very solid truck.
would like to get 10,500 OR very VERY interested in trading for 67-68 short bed- same value.

almost everything i want but i dont want rubber floor/ work truck type interior
