It's time for me to move on to my next vehicle. I have enjoyed the 6 years I have spent spending gobs of money on upgrades, but I need something bigger than a Regular Cab and with a setup better suited (longer wheelbase and something milder than a 3000 stall) to towing my newest toy - a Travel Trailer for camping. I also have a 2 year-old son...I am tired of his carseat consuming 50% of the entire cab to leave my wife and I only 25% each...lol. It has been a ton of fun and I already realize how much I will miss it when it is sold, but I'm ready for something bigger.
I have updated my CarDomain page with recent pics and info-->

I am asking $10,000. The 4L65E was just freshened up with new bands and clutches...my tranny guy has it dialed in just right :-) Only 68,xxx miles on this 2000. I would be happy to take pics of anything you might want to see - just let me know. This truck is a 9.5 on a 10 scale (it does have a couple of small door dings that account for that other 0.5) and it will make the next owner a happy owner!

im interested, how streetable is it? this may seem dumb but what kinda mpg do you see out of it? I dont know a whole lot about stalls etc , so if you have a sec educate me and it might make or break the deal for me
also is that pic of the cluster with around 30k miles an old pic or were the clusters swapped?

Very streetable - I drive it to work every Friday, and it's a 50 mile roundtrip. Funny thing about the gas mileage...I have had every inquirer ask the same thing...lol. It actually gets 15 mpg. I tow an 18 foot boat and even then it gets 12 mpg at 65 MPH. Not too shabby for something pushing 350 RWHP.
That pic is just old...same original cluster and same overlay, just had it for a while.
Email me at "ebayta(at)mchsi.com" and I will send you my phone number if ya want to chat about it.

Premium only, I'm afraid. 92 or better. You won't find any FI vehicles running 87 unless they have abnormally low compression ratios. You gotta pay to play.

so it wont run great on 91 octane, i just remember thats the highest they have here in wichita,ks
let me find out for sure, people are saying the pump says 91, but its really a rating of 92.7,
how much pinging or detonation would i see if i ran 91 through it?

I know you'll be fine with 91...it's a much bigger jump from 92 to 87 than it is 92 to 91. I usually get 92, but have run 91 quite a few times while travelling. Who knows what we are really getting from the pump anyway. I had Allen Nelson tune conservatively - this was one factor in having it tuned that way. I have actually run 87 in it once - the Better Half had "always" bought 87 and didn't know better. Once I figured out what she had done, I just put some octane booster in and all was good.
