Chirping Dashboard

I know this sounds crazy. but I am getting a chirping noise only when I turn hard left..It happens every time and It is coming from right behind the stock radio location. The truck is a 1994 shortbed 4x4. Has anyone had this before? I think I remember someone posting something about a heater solenoid or something that was back there. I dont think it is the speedo, but I havent ruled that out yet.
