ok, so i just got done installing new gauge faces on my stock instrument cluster, they just slide over the stock cluster. i had to remove the needles, so i marked their positions, removed them, installed the gauges and replaced the needles in the correct place.

now, my rpm and speedometer needles don't move at all. even when i rev the engine and drive forward or reverse, they just sit there.

does anyone know how to fix this?

The overlay is probably touching the needle and wont let it move. Try using some glue (glue stick) behing the gauge face and put it back on. I know I had that happen to me on my 00' when I got gauge face. A buddy of mine just cut the hole on the face bigger so the needdle wouldnt touch it. So basically the hole on the face was as big as the round base of the needle. Hope this helps!
