I have an 88 Sierra with the rubber floor. I want to put carpet and am looking for a place to order it from. Also what do you guys recomend for the carpet as far as color, material, and construction. All I have seen is cut-pile which is kinda hard to clean isnt it? Any input is welcome. Also I drive a medium light blue truck and am going with a blue/black scheme for it, or at least trying.

Do a search for a company called NPI. They do carpet kits for all sorts of vehicles. I do know that Summit carries their kits and they are reasonably priced. As for color, I say go with whatever matches.

This thread reminds me, I'm looking for a cheap carpet for the '67 pickup. I don't want to spent $100 or anything like that, I just want to clean up the interior a bit. Any suggestions?

And, no, I'm not interested in a zebra pattern shag:mad: :D

Currently it has the black rubber mat that has seen better days :D

From what I've been told, GM did'nt/does'nt make black carpet for your new style trucks. So if you want black you have to get it dyed.

Oh, in that case call ACC Auto Custom Carpets. The stuff they make for the muscle car era stuff rocks! However, I bought their kit for my '94 a couple years ago and did'nt like it at all.

ACC makes nice stuff for your '67. It's not "cheap" it is VERY nice.

And as far as the '94 ACC carpet.....I have no idea why it was poor fitting.:( Ask 454SS what he thinks of it....it's now in his work truck.:D

Does GM make black carpet for the 88-98 trucks? I'm thinking of going with a little contrast.....:)
