SIUVison- the flares are not factory take offs, and not sure of the brand. All i know is that they are smooth and will fit, i have test fitted them with-out taking off the red strip on the 3M tape. I'll let them go for $140 Shipped, i paid $160 Shipped but i never used them.

bowtieboy42- I took these of a 95 GMC Sierra Short Bed, so yes they fit fit an OBS
