2007 Silverado interior question

If you go with the leather interior on the new Silverado, is the back seat leather or vinyl? I have looked at both the extended and crew cab, and the rear feels like vinyl to me. I have gotten different responses from all the salesman I have poised this question to.

Also, why doesn't GM produce the LT2 package with a bench seat? The bench seats allow more for big guys like me.

I looked at an '07 NBS Silverado with leather. I thought the same thing; that the back seat may be vinyl. I asked and the salesperson, who is a close friend of mine, and she told me it was leather in the NBS.

I'm a big guy as well, and I bought an '07 GMC Sierra with the cloth bench seat. It was a similar setup to what I had in my '04 Dodge Ram, and I'm very happy with it. If you want leather with a bench seat, you may be able to upgrade when ordering. I think it's an $800 option.
