View Full Version : Tan interior with black seats??

I know I can pull it off. Ive got a list of things im gonna paint and replace to make this swap look good. I was thinkin of doin the doors in some black cloth or vinyl, painting the door handle bezels, the peice the door locks and window controls are on, the fuse block cover, the front part of the dash that pulls off, the light bezels on the 2 rear lights, getting black carpet, covering the 2 peices below the rear windows with black vinyl, the rear armrests and maybe a few other small things to accent the seats.


What do yall think??

Also what about tinting the rear light covers and tinting the clear light thats on the door??

im not sure about the tan and black, but i pulled it off really nicely with light grey and graphite on my s-10.

you can pull off tan and black... my interior is tan and i smothed and painted alot of the plastics and i made a new center console that i just finished the other day that i also painted black and i black sueded my headliner to. and i am getting my seat inserts black as well. It looks really good.. i will try and post some pics up tonight.

check out my thread...i got black seats....black carpet....peices painted black like you were talking and some camo and it actually looks pretty decent.

when you put the carpte in....be sure to take your time and do it right. mine looks ok when i pull it tight and it stays for a while but every once in a while it gets kidna bunchy and looks bad.
