re-fabric'ing cieling

has anyone tried to color match the cieling of a dark charcoal leather interior? I am kind of confused why it did not come matched but I am wondering what color matched would look like, cost, and how to

Cost saving measure, they are all that shale/neutral color. Not sure when it started, but that is the way my 04 is. I am sure it can be done, Someone a while back head a thread in the interior section about how they completely changed the color of the interior to dark charcoal I think by using the interior paint/dye.
