20" Black wheels with polished lips & new tires

These are the wheels in my sig. They are very clean looking with a 5 s]tar design and a polished lip. I'm asking $700 for the wheels themselves and $1350 for wheels and new Hankook 245/45/20 (27.7" tall) I will ship these.
