Hey guys, I had a question about my buddies 1980 camaro. He clames It has a rebuilt 327 old corvette motor with a mild cam. The only other mod from stock as far as I know is traction bars. What do you think it will run about? I know I'm going to here alot of take it to the track comments, and we are but I would like to get an idea of where I stand before I put mine up next to it. Thanks, Rob

and you have no way of accuratley guessing that...

you dont know what gears or tire size, you dont know the trans, or even what type of trans, induction could be a bunch of different things... 2bbl, 4bbl Holley, 4bbl Quadrajet, hell, its out of a Vette right? might be a fuelie.

there's WAY too many variables that he didnt even think about touching on to determine an ET.

Well It's not a fuelie. I thinks its a Holley 4 barrel. Assuming Its as close to stock other then what I have listed. I'm pretty sure the gears are stock for a 1980 camaro. Thats why I was hoping someone with a 1980's style camaro would chime in, I know nothing about what carbed engines will do as I have never owned one. I dont appriciate the sarcasm jacka$$!!!(first post)

Then give ALOT more info, if you want a decent answer. Like he said, there is no way in hell anyone could give you a close guess, based on the info you've provided.
